Course Description

The landscape of work is rapidly evolving – questions around managing human and AI hybrid teams, as well as managing operations in a digital world, are only some of the contemporary issues currently faced by managers and HR professionals. In the Master of Management, you’ll gain specialist management knowledge and skills to respond to the challenges and opportunities of the fourth industrial revolution, all while considering the implications of global operations on the circular economy in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. You’ll also learn how to seek innovative solutions to complex management problems, and you’ll do so alongside experienced professionals from a variety of industries. You’ll develop specialist knowledge to understand multifaceted management issues that will fundamentally change the way you lead and inspire those around you, to have a positive impact on your people and your organisation. Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements Depending upon your prior qualifications: 1. Entry Level 1: Duration: 2 years full-time (96 points to complete) An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of two years relevant employment. OR An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70. 2. Entry Level 2: Duration: 1.5 years full-time (72 points to complete) An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of two years relevant employment. OR An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70. 3. Entry Level 3 : Duration: 1 years full-time (48 points to complete) An Australian bachelor degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline and a minimum of five years relevant employment. OR An Australian undergraduate Honours Degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a cognate discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70. Students wishing to undertake the research pathway must maintain at least a 70 WAM and be accepted for entry by the Course Director and the Higher Degrees Research Director.
